Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not qualify for return or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as customized jewellery, personalized orders, and special sale products may not be eligible for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Customers are requested to share clear photographs and order details for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability. Customers can exchange products for another item of equal or higher value by paying the price difference, if applicable.
Exchange requests will be processed only after the original item passes quality inspection upon return.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the approval and return procedure.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges, gift packaging fees, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from our side.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
As all products from Jaitra Jewellery are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade jewellery and should not be considered defects.
